Ever get angry about something?
Working from home it is sometimes difficult to let of steam as there’s no one there to listen.
I found Go Angry this week - a great idea where you simply post what you’re angry about.
You may get some comments from other visitors - possibly some advice - but even if you don’t it’s a great release to offload to the world what you’re angry about.
Give it a go, it’s therapeutic!
I may need to go angry for guru fodder - we’ll see how the day goes!
