Image Resize & Crop For Free

The motherboard on my PC decided that today was the day to depart this world!
What a nightmare. No access to most programs I use until I get the hard drive onto a new machine.
But, I found a great free resource today that you might find useful.
I was trying to crop and resize an image for my last post and did a search online and found:
Not only can you resize, crop and generally touch up images online for free, you can add frames (choose your preferred colour) & polarise too.
