And large organisations spout on about their Customer Service departments. It&#039;s because they choose not to provide a service in my opinion - the number one criteria for them is profit but they miss the bigger picture of great service = great profits. I&#039;ll give them a run for their money when I release my products! Mark&lt;/strong&gt;</description>
