The video shows Filezilla being used. Personally I use Smart ftp, which is also free and highly recommend. My view, however, is that ftp software is simply a matter of what you get used to – if you like the video explanation then I suggest you use Filezilla as you can come back here to view the video again if you ever get stuck.
